Becoming authentic starts by acknowledging and celebrating the unique perspectives, experiences, and identities of all individuals to foster a genuine sense of belonging at the USDA. If everyone feels they can bring their whole, true-self to work, then their creativity, innovation, and collaboration are brought to the table as well.
